JOE MINOTT - BIOGRAPHY
For more than fifteen years, Joseph Otis Minott, Esq. has been ExecutiveDirector of Clean Air Council, an environmental nonprofit with membersin Pennsylvania and Delaware that was founded in 1967 by a group offorward-looking community leaders, policy makers and progressivebusiness leaders with a mission of protecting people's health byimproving air quality.

Joe's expertise in air quality issues has led to appointments to thePennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection's Air QualityTechnical Advisory Committee and Environmental Justice Advisory Committee, Governor Rendell's Energy Advisory Board, the Public Utility Commission's Consumer Advisory Council and the City of Philadelphia's Air Pollution Control Board. 

Joe holds an M.A. in political science from the University ofPennsylvania and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.  Heteaches part time on issues surrounding the environment and law at theUniversity of Pennsylvania. For more information on the Clean Air Council, please check this website:  http://www.cleanair.org/
